Welcome to OLSA International, Colombia’s best certified Spanish language academy. OLSA sets itself apart from other academies with its dedicated focus to help you put the Spanish language into practice. At OLSA, we exceed the minimum of 10 hours of class per week with an immersive 14 hours of certified grammar instruction and meaningful conversational Spanish practice that is aligned with the Common European Framework, A1, A2, B1 and B2, and with accredited United States university curriculums Spanish 101, Spanish 102, Spanish 201 and Spanish 202.
In addition to our certified courses, we also offer daily, weekly and monthly (virtual and on-campus) non-certified classes in conversational Spanish, Spanish tutoring, home school, and Latin dances – Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and others. And if you are looking for something to do during the week, Wednesday nights we host a free language exchange with a different theme each week and Friday nights we host The Pre-Party; an event to help foreigners to socialize with Colombians and learn some Latin dance steps before heading out on Saturday nights. Both events start at 6:30pm.

About the Classes
CERTIFIED SPANISH UNIVERSITY COURSES
- We use the United States university-accredited Vistas and Facetas systems
- Used by more than 100 universities across the United States for Spanish 101, 102, 201 and 202.
- We have adapted these for an international certification through the Common European Framework
- Students can complete all four levels (A1, A2, B1, B2) in as little as one year!
- Each level is between 8 - 15 weeks each (see below)
- All courses are 14 hours per week
- Courses start 6 times throughout the year (contact us for the start dates)
Courses / Weeks:
A1/Spanish 101 = 8 weeks
A2/Spanish 102 = 8 weeks
B1/Spanish 201 = 13 weeks
B2/Spanish 202 = 15 weeks
We are the only certified academy to focus on SPEAKING Spanish. Each 14 hour week includes 8 hours of Spanish grammar + 6 hours of Spanish conversation. Our focus is that you are SPEAKING Spanish at the level you are grammatically certified - no other certified academy has this focus.
SPANISH DAILY CONVERSATION CLASSES
- These highly-intensive and interactive classes are designed to improve Spanish listening and speaking
- We use a variety of conversations, games, activities, multi-media and other tools to help develop these skills.
- This is the Spanish students will hear and use on the street, in the market, making new friends and participating in events with native Spanish speakers
- Learners are placed according to level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
- Maximum 6 students per class
- 4 days per week – you can start classes on any day Monday – Friday
- Classes are 75 – 80-minutes each
Spanish Daily + Salsa Dance Package
- Classes provided by Latin Master Dance Academy
- You can choose to learn salsa, bachata, kizomba or porro marcado
- We offer group classes, classes for two or private classes
